Dan Chung had the chance to get a first impression of the new RED Scarlet camera with a fixed lens at CES 2011 in Las Vegas. Ted Schilowitz showed him some of the features of this new Digital Camera. I thought we will never get a RED Scarlet, since the DSLR video cameras had such a huge success! Now we are able to buy one of these great cameras soon, if we still want to!
The external monitor cable and grip look like they get in the way of the lens and its gear. Wonder if you have to use that specific cable? It doesn’t look like there would be a better option
